libbpp-phyl-omics-dev software package provides Bio++ Phylogenetics library: genomics components (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbpp-phyl-omics-dev
libbpp-phyl-omics-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbpp-phyl-omics-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbpp-phyl-omics-dev *
You will get with libbpp-phyl-omics-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
